We’ve written plenty on what to do if you want naturally larger breasts, but we thought it would be a great idea to tell you some things not to do if you want to grow your breasts naturally.
Most of the things on this list will no-doubt seem obvious, but you may not know how they affect the natural growth of your breasts. So, if you’ve been trying to grow your breasts naturally and have hit a roadblock—or haven’t seen any results in general—try removing these things from your daily routine.
Following some of our other supplementary guides to natural breast enhancement while adhering to this list will only help you in your journey to get the breast size and shape you’ve always wanted.
Say NO to Sugar
Removing excessive sugar intake from your life is a fantastic idea whether or not you’re trying to naturally grow your breasts. That’s why it’s No. 1 on our list. According to Women’s Health Network, sugar disrupts a particularly useful hormone called insulin from doing its job. When insulin levels spike, it can lead to a reduction of the protein Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG). What SHBG does is controls excess estrogen and testosterone levels in your blood. So, when SHBG is low, estrogen and testosterone increases which can mess up the process of natural breast enhancement while using products such as Bust Bunny.
Plus, this hormonal imbalance just makes you irritable. Sugar tastes great, but it’s not so for naturally growing your breasts.
Say NO to (Some) Alcohol
Not only do most alcohol’s contain crazy amounts of sugar, but it is also a diuretic which can cause dehydration. Hydration is one of the most important steps to growing your breasts naturally.
Some alcohols, like Red Wines, are perfectly ok for your breasts (and is, in fact, encouraged). However, if you do plan on drinking, do so at least two hours before or after taking your natural breast enhancing supplement.
Say NO to Caffeine and Carbonated Drinks
If you’re anything like us here at Bust Bunny, you can’t start your day without a cup of your favorite coffee. Unfortunately, coffee contains a tremendous amount of caffeine. Caffeine blocks estrogen receptors which allow for the absorption of boob-friendly herbs.
If you’re wondering what else has caffeine, along with coffee try to avoid green tea, chocolate, and soda.
Speaking of soda—if you’re trying to naturally increase the size of your breasts, soda is a big no-no. Not only does it contain sugar, but it also has caffeine and is carbonated. According to the Rancho Bernardo Study found on the US National Library of Medicine, carbonated beverages does have a correlation, if not a direct result, in bone density in older women.
If you’re a post-menopausal women who is trying to restore your breasts to their glory days through natural breast enhancement, we recommend that you try and avoid carbonated beverages of all types, not just sodas. While bone density doesn’t have too much to do with not being able to grow your breasts, it’s still a health tip we felt necessary to pass along.
Just like with alcohol, if you’re going to drink caffeine or any carbonated beverage, please follow the two hour rule.
Say NO to Smoking
This might be the most obvious one of the group. There are countless studies proving just how bad smoking is for you. For trying to naturally grow your breasts, it’s no different. Smoking is known to cause a depletion of Vitamin C in the body. Some women do achieve breast growth while smoking, but their results are typically slower than those who don’t smoke (although, like always, these results vary with each individual).
If you do need to smoke, try cutting out some of our other don’ts. Your breasts will thank you! (P.s. try e-cigarettes—they’re better for your boobies than regular cigarettes).
Say NO to Exercise?
Hold up. I thought you said that exercise is great for your breasts!? It is! We stand by that! What we’re really talking about is excessive exercise.
If you’re like most women trying to shed a few lbs, it’s always your boobs that shrink first, right? That’s because your breasts naturally store fat at a higher rate than most other parts of your body.
And, if you’re trying to get larger breasts naturally, you’ll want that extra fat to help. Exercising too much will take all the fat away from your breasts and it may seem like your breast enlargement supplement isn’t doing its job.
Moderate exercise is perfectly fine, and if you read the previous link above we actually recommend some exercises over others if you want to increase the size of your breasts naturally and don’t want to lose that waistline you’ve worked so hard for.
However, if you’re trying to lose weight and increase the size of your breasts, we recommend losing the weight first and then starting your natural breast enhancement routine.
Increasing the size of your breasts naturally works best with a healthy body. After all, healthy body, healthy (and full!) breasts! By reducing the items listed above from your life, you will only increase the chances of getting the breast size and shape you’ve always wanted—naturally.
